2WR was tasked with updating the property with modern amenities. Specifically, in the areas of: leasing office, common area, study room, and fitness center. The lobby became a larger fitness center and the existing fitness area became fitness on demand. Utilizing the ground floor retail space, the empty Flower Shop adjacent to the old lobby was transformed into the new social area and leasing office. Finishes were selected for durability, regional inspirations/aesthetic, and a younger demographic. Patterson is not directly affiliated with Oregon University, however, the close proximity to campus makes it an excellent housing choice for students.
