The Owner requested 2WR develop an approach to housing that would assist in creating a new identity. This was accomplished via the utilization of multiple visual tools in the development of concepts to illustrate the design approach. Front porches and balconies provide not only outdoor interaction opportunities, but also assist in shading the exterior of the buildings during warm summer months. A simple floor plan module and generic interiors also allow for flexible decorating options.
