GOLDEN HOTEL ADDITION & RENOVATION

2WR was asked by Lewis Properties in late 2012 to design the addition of 50 new guestrooms, ballrooms, a warming kitchen, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, cyber cafe, and additional storage to the Golden Hotel. The idea is to renovate the existing first floor of the hotel and add the new guestrooms above the existing parking garage

The Golden Hotel currently has 50 guestrooms and is located next to Clear Creek in the heart of beautiful Golden, Colorado.
