The project consists of a new (4) story 102 guestroom Generation 6 Courtyard By Marriott.  The public spaces include an indoor swimming pool, fitness room, full service restaurant/bar, lobby, meeting room, administration offices, employee areas, and business library.  The hotel is located in the quickly growing area of Centerra close to the outlet mall, I-25, restaurants, and the new 25,000 SF sporting goods destination Shields.  The project is set to begin construction December 2017 and is set for completion Fall of 2018.
