WESTMAR LOFTS

2WR was tasked with updating the property with modern amenities. Specifically, in the areas of:  leasing office, lobby, and game room. The leasing office was updated to include a self-serve kiosk and “genius bar” counter. The lobby and game room were updated to include modern furniture, finishes, and lighting. The overall design was geared towards a younger demographic and “social media moments” were high on the priority list. Westmar Lofts is a proud affiliate of Georgia Tech and Georgia State, making it a top student housing pick in the area.
