Tasked with improving efficiency, our team reanalyzed the original plans, reorienting the facility to enhance site circulation and operational flow. The goal was to create a fire station that maximizes functionality while reducing construction costs.

Spanning 20,500 square feet, the station includes:

  • Modern Living Quarters – Features sleeping areas, locker rooms, laundry facilities, and an exercise space to support firefighters’ well-being.
  • Administrative & Training Areas – Includes offices, meeting rooms, and classroom spaces for professional development.
  • Site Enhancements – A maintenance building and pole barn provide additional operational support.
