2WR Architects worked with Stonebridge Companies to renovate DoubleTree DTC, a premier hotel in Denver Tech Center. As the Architect of Record, our team led upgrades to public spaces and guest rooms, ensuring a modern and accessible design. From concept to completion, we collaborated closely with stakeholders to create a more inviting and functional environment.

The project included a full furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) replacement, along with targeted modifications to improve both aesthetics and efficiency. By blending contemporary design with practical solutions, 2WR Architects revitalized the property. As a result, the refreshed spaces now offer an enhanced guest experience while supporting the hotel’s long-term success.
