Enhancing a Hotel in Cherry Creek with a Modern Renovation
2WR Architects partnered with Stonebridge Companies to renovate the Marriott Courtyard Cherry Creek, a well-known hotel in Cherry Creek. As the Architect of Record, 2WR led the redesign, ensuring the upgrades aligned with Marriott’s brand while adapting to the hotel’s unique, non-prototypical structure. The project modernized key public spaces to create a welcoming, stylish, and functional guest experience.
Upgrading Public Spaces for a Refreshed Experience
The renovation included full FF&E replacement throughout the hotel’s public spaces. 2WR redesigned multiple areas, including the dining space, bar, lobby, business center, outdoor patio, buffet area, and reception area. The goal was to create a cohesive and contemporary atmosphere that enhances guest comfort and usability. Thoughtful material selection and updated furnishings add warmth and elegance, ensuring the hotel maintains a competitive edge in the Cherry Creek hospitality market.
Bringing a Starbucks Bistro to the Hotel in Cherry Creek
A major addition to the hotel in Cherry Creek was the integration of a new Starbucks bistro. This feature elevates the guest experience by providing a premium coffee option within the hotel’s public space. The layout was carefully planned to optimize functionality while maintaining an inviting, open feel. Guests can now enjoy a convenient and stylish café setting, enhancing the overall hotel experience.
Customized Design for a Unique Marriott Courtyard
Since the property was a previously rebranded non-prototypical Marriott Courtyard, 2WR tailored the renovation to fit the hotel’s existing conditions while maintaining Marriott’s high standards. The result is a modernized, guest-friendly space that enhances both aesthetics and functionality. Updated lighting, fresh finishes, and strategic layout modifications ensure that guests experience a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication.
