Poke Sun

Columbus, Georgia

Project Overview

Poke Sun is a modern, fast-casual poke restaurant located inside Columbus’ vibrant Banks Food Hall. At just 525 square feet, the space needed to be efficient, engaging, and visually bold.

2WR Architects led the architectural design. From the start, we worked closely with the client to translate their vision into a built environment. As a result, the restaurant reflects a fresh identity while meeting real-world operational demands.

Delivery Method

The Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method was used for this project. This approach allowed early collaboration between design and construction teams. As the project progressed, it became easier to make quick adjustments based on field conditions and evolving client needs.

Because of this close teamwork, we stayed on budget and on schedule. Just as importantly, we maintained design quality from start to finish.

Final Outcome

Today, Poke Sun stands out as a vibrant and efficient tenant in the Banks Food Hall. The restaurant offers a bold customer experience in a compact, well-designed footprint.
