Innovative HUD-Funded Housing Solutions

2WR Architects collaborated on this project to create a sustainable and affordable residential community. Located on a sloping triangular site, the development stands out as one of the most successful HUD-funded housing projects in the region. With all units fully occupied, the project demonstrates the effectiveness of strategic design and thoughtful planning. The site includes a clubhouse and thirty 750 sq. ft. one-bedroom units, providing residents with comfortable and accessible living spaces that balance functionality and aesthetics.

Functional and Flexible Interior Spaces

The interior layouts were designed with simplicity and adaptability in mind. 2WR developed a streamlined floor plan that allows for easy movement within each unit. Additionally, the generic, adaptable interiors empower residents to personalize their living spaces. This approach not only improves the visual appeal of the community but also fosters a sense of individuality and belonging.

Setting the Standard for Future Housing Solutions

This project highlights how thoughtful design, sustainability, and community engagement can transform affordable housing. By prioritizing both function and aesthetics, 2WR has helped set a new benchmark for future residential developments.
