Our team leads with design thinking and follows through with technical excellence. We work in close collaboration with engineers, consultants, contractors, and owners—ensuring that the design intent is preserved, budgets are respected, and construction progresses with accountability. 

Through our construction administration and site representation services, we advocate for our clients during every phase of the build. We monitor quality, track progress, resolve issues, and help ensure your vision is faithfully executed on-site. 

What Sets Us Apart 

Our responsibility doesn’t end when the design is complete. During construction, 2WR provides comprehensive project coordination and leadership. 

We conduct and document all Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, provide detailed site observation reports, and manage shop drawings, RFIs, and change proposals. Our team attends Pre-Construction and Pre-Installation meetings to ensure clarity and alignment from the start. 

We oversee material and final completion inspections, prepare punch lists, and perform a one-year post-occupancy review to confirm lasting quality and performance. 

At every step, we stand by our clients and our work because we believe in collaboration from the beginning to the end of construction.
