HYATT HOUSE DENVER TECH CENTER RENOVATION

2WR was hired by Martines Palmeiro Construction to assist with a Design Build contract for the renovation of the Hyatt House in the Denver Tech Center as the Interior Designer of Record. We were also responsible for the purchasing of new furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for the guest rooms and public spaces of the property. The renovation consisted of a complete FF&E replacement in the public spaces and guestrooms as well as further modifications to the public spaces.
