2WR was hired as the Architect of Record by Stonebridge Companies to assist in the renovation of the Marriott Courtyard Cherry Creek. The renovation consists of full FF&E replacement in the public spaces as well as modifications to several public spaces. Spaces to be modified in the renovation include: the dining area, bar, lobby, business center, outdoor patio, buffet area, and reception area. A new Starbucks coffee bistro is also being added to the public space. The existing hotel is a previously re-branded non-prototypical Marriott Courtyard, so the renovation design had to be modified from the typical 2013 Marriott Courtyard upgrade to work with existing conditions.  The project is currently under construction and will be completed in the next few months.
