MARRIOTT COURTYARD RENO, NV

2WR was hired by Sandpiper Hospitality to do exterior and interior renovations to the Courtyard By Marriott in Reno Nevada.  The exterior improvements are part of the Marriott Generation 2 reimage brand standard guidelines.  The drawings provided by Marriott for the exterior renovations were very schematic in nature.  2WR worked with our Structural and MEP Engineers to turn the Marriott prototype design into a cost effective, constructable, and aesthetically pleasing design.  The interior renovations are part of the 21 year renovation standard guidelines included updates to the guestrooms, public corridors, lobby, and public spaces.  The fitness room was enlarged to 400 SF and was redesigned to accommodate more equipment and modern finishes.  A double sided glass fireplace was added in the Lobby with indoor and outdoor seating options. These exterior and interior renovations will give a popular hotel in the area a much needed upgrade and will help generate higher revenues for the Owner immediately.
