St. Francis Hospital

2WR + Partners provided full architectural services for the new Clinical Services and Medical Office Building expansion at St. Francis Hospital related to massing, aesthetics, and interior services. 2WR served as the design architect with Howell Rusk Dodson serving as architect of record. 2WR’s role included design and construction documents for the shell, interiors and finishes, as well as construction administration for all aspects of the project. 2WR’s involvement ensured success across all aspects of the expansion.

The expansion required extensive research in massing, circulation, and overall aesthetics. Development of these key components were studied utilizing multiple 3D tools and technologies. These models were also used by the construction manager to assist in pricing models, then to create fundraising and marketing material for St. Francis Hospital.
